11:41 pm - the economy: still sucking


This, unfortunately, pretty much sums it up right now.

I am so, SO thankful I have a business (and therefore, a distributed income) - this is a shitty, shitty time to have to rely on too many of your financial eggs coming from one basket.

Ain't that the truth?

Got no real complaints here. Although the newspaper business is in the crapper and have seen a LOT of heads roll as downsizing continues, Somehow I've convinced the powers that be that I need to still be here. Guess I'll continue when the bankruptcy court goes into the newspaper business!
