the hundred pushup challenge

I read in lisa's journal that she had begun something called The One Hundred Push-Up Challenge that claimed that with no more than 20 minutes or so of exercise three days a week, after six weeks anyone could do 100 consecutive pushups.

I am, to be honest, deeply skeptical of the program - 100 consecutive drill-instructor-perfect (back ramrod straight, eyes looking dead ahead not down, chest touches the deck when in the "down" position) pushups is a serious goal - but I figured, what the hell. Worst-case scenario, after six weeks I've done a shitload of pushups. What's to lose?

Initial test: 43 pushups. Day 1: 10 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 23. Day 2: 12 - 12 - 10 - 10 - 29.

I'll stay updated with this semi-frequently. What do you guys think - 100 consecutive DI-perfect pushups after six weeks? Will it happen?
