You obviously haven't seen this then.

I find that the Dukes/Linux story is very succinct and clear. It's a good way to introduce the subject to people that don't know about it, I guess. It has the added benefit of being hilarious.

This whole thing is so irritating. And the sad thing is that SCO's claims are obviously unfounded; but with a justice system that is largely behind when it comes to technology law, and favors the deep-pocketed, I think this will do way more damage to free software than it should. Already linux adoption rates have declined because people don't want to get involved.

interesting tidbit

Microsoft payed SCO 10 million for the license, SCO claimed roughly 8 million dollars profit for the quarter...
