Back when I did support for them (2000-2001) we had training dealing with the same thing. Of course it was pre-9/11 and not web based (had to look at a list of countries that we couldn't support..."Oh, you're from the Sudan? Sorry!"), but it's nothing new. I wish I had thought up such intelligent menu options though...
