There are almost 2,000 pictures there right now.
You know what the most touching thing to me was? If you look through the pictures, every now and again you'll see one like this one or this one, where somebody from Canada or Finland or Korea or god only knows where has posted their own image forgiving us and/or thanking us for the apology.
It's really easy to write this off as meaningless, but I'm not so sure it is. I think it might be the presage of something INCREDIBLY important to see this fledgling dialog between random individual citizens of a country, who don't know each other, seeing each other as people instead of as part of a faceless mass. If we could have managed more of this 20 years ago, we wouldn't be warring in Iraq or elsewhere right now.
